The issue of time and appointed times
The issue of time and appointed time (moed) is in my estimation a highly contested yet also a highly important one. From my studies and experience the Most High has many character traits, including being extremely orderly. Chaos is simply not attributable to him or his will whatsoever. It is also my estimation that anything or anyone opposed to Him and His order will try to usurp that authority.
For example lets look at a somewhat famous passage about trying to usurp this authority, Isa. 14:12-13.
